The Tò "Incanto" Artisanal Colomba is born from the encounter between the velvety sweetness of apricots and the citrus freshness of limoncello.
A rare, elegant balance that offers a rich, fragrant, and surprising bite.
The dough is prepared with natural sourdough starter kept alive for over 32 years, refreshed daily and left to mature for over 56 hours according to the traditional three-dough technique, typical of excellent pastry shops.
The result is a soft, moist, and velvety texture, which contains genuine and carefully selected ingredients.
The candied apricots give roundness and natural sweetness, while the limoncello adds depth, freshness, and an unmistakable aroma of Italian citrus.
Every slice encloses a perfect balance of softness, freshness, and deliciousness.

Soft wheat flour type 00 (origin Italy), butter, sugar, fresh egg yolks from free-range hens (Italy), candied apricots (apricots, sugar, glucose syrup), limoncello, natural sourdough starter (wheat), candied lemon peel from the Amalfi Coast (lemons, sugar, glucose syrup), lemon paste, honey, fresh cream, barley malt, salt, Bourbon vanilla beans from Madagascar.
Icing:
Sugar, almonds, hazelnuts, fresh egg whites, corn flour, potato starch, cocoa.
