Organic Apple & Ginger Extra Jam

Our organic extra jams are made from fruit without the use of gelling agents. This is possible thanks to a special process that vacuum-concentrates the fruit pulp at a very low boiling temperature (55-60°C), preserving its color and organoleptic properties. At the same time, the elements naturally present in the fruit, such as pectins and sugars, increase in the finished product. For this reason, cane sugar is added in a minimal percentage, and the percentage of fruit used far exceeds 100 grams per 100 grams of finished product. Weight 220g.
