A perfect intertwining of the zabaione cream from our artisan liqueur, the intense freshness of Cantiano Sour Cherries, and the velvety sweetness of the white chocolate covering the surface.

The dough is made from our natural sourdough starter, refreshed daily and left to mature for over 56 hours, following the traditional three-dough method.
A slow, precise process that makes the inside soft, moist, and fragrant, just like the best Italian artisan panettoni.

The zabaione cream provides richness and a warm, festive note, while the Cantiano Sour Cherries — large, whole, and of superior quality — add a slightly tart touch that perfectly balances the natural sweetness of the dough.
The crunchy and delicate white chocolate completes the sensory experience with an elegant and refined taste.

Italian soft wheat flour Type 00, butter, sugar, fresh egg yolks (free-range in Italy), candied sour cherries, natural yeast (wheat), zabaione liqueur (18% alcohol by volume), honey, fresh cream, barley malt, salt, natural flavors, vanilla extract.

Icing:
white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, soy lecithin, vanilla extract), candied sour cherries.
