A careful process, following traditional timings, which gives the panettone exceptional softness and a moist, velvety texture.
The three-dough technique, typical of excellent bakeries, confers balance, stability, and aroma, maximizing the intensity of the dark chocolate used in the recipe.
The taste is deep, rich, and enveloping: the dark chocolate blends harmoniously with the soft dough, creating an intense yet never heavy experience.

Soft wheat flour of Italian origin Type 00, butter, sugar, fresh egg yolks (free-range in Italy), dark chocolate (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, vanilla), natural yeast (wheat), honey, fresh cream, barley malt, salt, natural flavorings, vanilla extract.

sugar, almonds, hazelnuts, fresh egg whites, corn flour, potato starch, cocoa.
