L'Isolotto, authentic and unique in its kind, was born from the ideas of La Bottega di Tò. It is made with fine flours and selected local raw materials.
Baked in a wood-fired oven up to 80%, it retains all the fragrance and aroma of tradition. Its structure is perfect: crispy on the outside, ready to accommodate your creativity on the inside.
For optimal results, it is recommended to complete baking in the oven for 4-5 minutes.
Versatile, authentic, unmistakable: L'IsolotTò is the blank canvas on which to create your masterpiece of taste.
INGREDIENTS
Rustic Blend 100%: soft wheat flour type 00, rice flour, soft wheat germ, soft wheat bran, dried wheat sourdough, water, salt, diastatic malt, olive oil, brewer's yeast, sourdough starter.
ALLERGIES (according to Legislative Decree 114/2006) and ALLERGENS (EC regulation 1169/2011);
the products listed above contain (as ingredients or traces of eggs and derived products); Peanuts and derived products; Soy and derived products; Milk and derived products (including Lactose); Nuts i.e. almonds (hazelnuts, walnuts, pistachios, sesame seeds and derived products);
Store away from heat sources, in a cool and dry place at a temperature not exceeding 20°C. Packaged with food-grade Oxygen Absorber (do not open)
Do not pierce the packaging, once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 2 days.
PREPARATION METHOD
Preheat the oven to 250°C in static mode;
add the topping to the Pizza Base, bake for 5/7 minutes until golden brown.
