Production is limited and it is not possible to produce this honey every year. The main reason is the plant's growing conditions, as it grows on steep and rugged terrain!

It has a very light color and an equally delicate aroma. Its flavor is very fine with floral and spicy notes. A rare honey, perfect for the most delicate and sophisticated palates.
