INGREDIENTS
Blend Type 1 and Russello Semolina, soft wheat flour type 00, Rice flour, Wheat Germ,
soft wheat bran, dried wheat sourdough, water, salt, diastatic malt, olive oil, brewer's yeast, sourdough starter.
ALLERGIES (according to Legislative Decree 114/2006) and ALLERGENS (EC Regulation 1169/2011) ;
the products listed above contain (as ingredients or traces of eggs and derived products); Peanuts and derived products, Soy and derived products; Milk and derived products (including Lactose); Nuts i.e. almonds (hazelnuts, walnuts, pistachios, sesame seeds and derived products;
Store away from heat sources, in a cool and dry place at a temperature not exceeding 20°C. Packaged with food Oxygen Absorber (do not open)
Do not pierce the packaging, once opened, store in the fridge and consume within 2 days.
PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 250°C in static mode; Remove the Pizza Base from the packaging,
add the topping, bake for 5/7 minutes until golden.
