Culinary Uses:

Cultivation & Processing

The olives used come from selected olive groves , hand-picked at the peak of ripeness and processed using traditional methods.
They are washed under running water , then gently crushed and pitted one by one .
After a short brining phase , they are arranged " BY HAND" in jars and topped with extra virgin olive oil, for natural preservation and an intense flavor.
