The Tò "Oltre" Artisanal Panettone is born from a living dough, prepared with daily refreshed natural sourdough starter and left to mature slowly for over 56 hours. A long, patient, and entirely artisanal process that gives a unique softness, an intense aroma, and a velvety texture that melts when cut.

The dough is processed according to the traditional three-dough method, a technique used only in excellent pastry shops because it allows for a stable, fragrant, and perfectly balanced panettone.

For the "Oltre" Panettone, we select superior quality raw materials: Italian centrifugated butter, fresh free-range eggs, Madagascar Bourbon vanilla, Italian candied fruit processed without preservatives, honey, and premium flours.

The result is a panettone that combines tradition, research, and artisanal care typical of award-winning desserts in major Italian competitions: soft, fragrant, and rich in authentic taste.

No preservatives – no colorings – no emulsifiers.
Only natural ingredients and a process that respects the timings of great Italian pastry making.

INGREDIENTS

Soft wheat flour type 00 (origin Italy), centrifugated butter, sugar, fresh free-range eggs (origin Italy), sultanas, candied Italian orange peel, candied lemon peel, Italian honey, natural sourdough (wheat), orange paste, lemon paste, fresh cream, malt, salt, Madagascar Bourbon vanilla beans.

Glaze:
Sugar, almonds, hazelnuts, fresh egg white, rice flour, cocoa.

Allergens:
Contains: soft wheat flour, eggs, butter, almonds, hazelnuts.
May contain traces of: pistachios, sesame.

Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place.

Shelf life:
45 days from the date of production (without preservatives).
