The dough is prepared with natural sourdough refreshed daily and left to mature for over 56 hours according to the traditional three-dough technique, typical of excellent patisseries.
The result is a soft, moist, and velvety texture, which contains genuine and carefully selected ingredients.

The pistachio crumble, made with high-quality pistachio paste, gives roundness and intensity to the taste, while the whole sour cherries add depth, color, and an unmistakable aroma.
